Sean comes to us from Chicago, the heart of American craft beer country. Despite this, he has developed a love for Ireland and all things from the vine. He has worked in some of the best Dublin restaurants including The Eden, San Lorenzo, The Windings Stair and is now found at the Woolen Mills
SOMMELIER AND WSET TRAINER
Anke has worked in more Michelin Star restaurants than most of us have had the pleasure of eating in. Having first worked as a chef, before getting a nose for the finer points of wine, she is now a trained sommelier and WSET instructor. Before joining Ronan at the Drury Buildings, Anke was the manager at Tiger Palace, a twice Michelin starred restaurant in Frankfurt.
