We have chosen a selection of fine wines and pretty tasty local cheeses to introduce to you and your colleagues. Spend a casual and relaxing evening with our trained sommeliers learning a little wine history and what makes this marriage of these hand crafted products so successful.

Sean Gargano

Sean comes to us from Chicago, the heart of American craft beer country. Despite this, he has developed a love for Ireland and all things from the vine. He has worked in some of the best Dublin restaurants including The Eden, San Lorenzo, The Windings Stair and is now found at the Woolen Mills

Anke Hartman
Sommelier and WSET Trainer

Anke has worked in more Michelin Star restaurants than most of us have had the pleasure of eating in. Having first worked as a chef, before getting a nose for the finer points of wine, he is now a trained sommelier and WSET instructor. Before joining Ronan at the Drury Buildings, Anke was the manager at Tiger Palace, a twice Michelin starred restaurant in Frankfurt.
