This is the ideal course for your first step into the world of wine
This qualification will provide a basic introduction to main wine styles for front line staff. It aims to provide basic product knowledge and skills in the storage and service of wines required to prepare a person for their first job in wine hospitality or retail.

Anke fell in love with wines during her time working as a chef in Germany and moved from there to a career as a Sommelier. She has worked in some of the finest Michelin stared establishments in Switzerland, England, Germany and Ireland. For more then 12 years Anke has been working as a Sommelier and is holding the WSET Diploma Level 4 Qualification.
